Joe Sticca is the COO and Head of Product with DrTalks, a leading chronic health Physician/consumer Media Platform. In this role, Joe is responsibilities for operational strategy as well as product innovation.

Prior to joining DrTalks, Joe served as the Chief Product Officer where he lead and managed transformational entertainment commerce experiences (Augmented Reality, Blockchain, NFTs, etc.). Past experiences also include the likes of Meredith Broadcasting, Gray Television and Fox.

Joe has a unique mix of experiences from cutting edge technology development, product portfolio management and market launch strategy. Joe's leadership roles have helped him understand how technology, product design and business strategy function best together and how to identify and manage trends to maximize market share/revenue.

Throughout his career he has scaled businesses operations through technology innovation for Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Industries include media, publishing, broadcasting and consumer products. Joe has deep expertise in change management, product innovation development and market launches. Roles include Head of Engineering, Chief Product Officer and Chief Operations Officer.

Seyhan Barin is a seasoned global executive coach and technology leader with over 15 years of leadership experience in fast growing startups. With a strong presence in the United States and Europe, Seyhan currently provides coaching, consulting and advisory services to her esteemed clientele. Dedicated to empowering executives and leaders from all levels, Seyhan’s mission is to unlock leaders’ untapped potential and have them achieve an increased level of power and productivity. By enabling individuals to reach their full capacity, she empowers them to generate extraordinary outcomes for the organizations they serve. Drawing from an extensive background in technology leadership and executive coaching, Seyhan is passionate about effective leadership and contributing to the growth of the organizations by impacting individuals’ performance. As a former Tech leader at Borderfree, a global ecommerce startup, she played an active role in building and transforming diverse technical teams across six countries throughout the entire startup life cycle: From 50 to 300 employees, pivot to IPO and then the acquisition by a large global corporation. Following this, Seyhan provided consulting services to several startups before joining an established executive coaching firm based in New York to coach Technology leaders on a full-time basis. Residing in London with her family, Seyhan currently divides her time between clients in the United States and Europe, ensuring her expertise and guidance are accessible to individuals and organizations on both continents.

Faris Asmar is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Cynora Technologies; a bespoke IT Professional Services and Solution Provider servicing the United States and Global markets. Technology Vertical Specializations include Infrastructure, Networking, Data Center, Emerging SDN, Mobility, Security and Managed Services with customers ranging from SMBs to multiple global Fortune 500 entities. In addition, Mr. Asmar serves as the Advisory Board Chairman for Pure Technology, as an Advisory Board Representative for multiple organizations and as a Fractional Chief Information Officer providing on-demand strategic consultation in IT infrastructure. Mr. Asmar is an active member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, NY/NJ Chapter (NMSDC), the National Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce (NPRCC) and affiliated with the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC).Prior to founding Cynertek Solutions and Cynora Technologies, Mr. Asmar co-founded and served as Vice President of Engineering Services for Clear Delta, a 24x7 SaaS based Managed Services Provider.

Throughout his career in technology spanning over 20+ years, Mr. Asmar has been involved in the industry as a seasoned professional consultant in IT Services, Support, Compliance, Engineering and Architecture for a variety of Enterprise Customers and Technology Partners.

Paul Poh, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIPP/US, is Managing Partner at Radical Security, which provides offensive security services helping organizations safeguard their digital assets through regular testing, including penetration testing services that simulate cyber-criminal operations to test the effectiveness of an organization's blue teams and their counter-measures. He also provides advisory services as head of the information security practice at Tixzy, an advisory firm with expertise in Cloud, Information Security, and Data Analytics. He is committed to solving complex business problems and accelerating  clients’ growth.

Shadi Al-Said a senior technology executive and entrepreneur with 22+ years of experience in leading global products and engineering teams. He has a blend of startup and international companies experience, with 3 exits under his belt. He is currently the CTO and Co-Founder of 7awi.com, a leading independent digital media platform in the MENA region.

In his previous role as the Engineering Lead for Yahoo! Middle East, he was responsible for leading a team of engineers in building and scaling Yahoo!'s products and services in the region in addition localizing Yahoo! Global Products for MENA.
